The Project Manager is responsible to take ownership of the Project P&L and ensure that highway and bridge construction projects are well planned and successfully executed. Among many important activities, it is most important that projects are executed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining positive communication with the Owner’s representative.
A Safety Officer, is in charge of making sure that employees follow health and safety regulations and supervising operations to promote the wellbeing of their team. Their duties include using safety research to create policies that eliminate workplace hazards, documenting accidents in the workplace and investigating the circumstances of an illness or injury.
The Party Chief is responsible for the managing the activities of a survey party throughout various job locations. The Party Chief provides highly technical support and insight to project management for heavy civil projects.
Oversee duties involving heavy highway construction activities including structures, earthwork/dirt, concrete and utilities. Manage skilled craftsmen on exciting and challenging construction projects. Work closely with project management while championing safety, fiscal responsibility, productivity, and quality.
The Quality Control Technician is responsible for ensuring that the Quality Program is functioning and compliant within the scope of the specified Heavy Civil Construction project.
